Analysis of Economic Indicators Using Statistical Methods

This Bachelor´s thesis focuses on the use of statistical methods in economic indicators with a focus on the financial market in the Czech Republic. Specifically, the work deals most liquid market for financial instruments, with blue chip emissions in the PX index, which is monitored by the Prague Stock Exchange. The essence is the analysis of individual stocks and calculating statistical quantities that should be relevant to a potential investor in the financial market.

Dopad vladnych reforiem na stavebne sporenie

The bachelor thesis aims to evaluate and compare the main regulatory factors that have influenced the development of building society in the Czech Republic. It mainly concerns the changes in the amount of the state support for savings and tax revenues, which have significantly influenced the behavior of depositors. Conclusions found regarding the rate of profit were eventually compared to the alternative saving products offered in the CR as well as the building savings in Slovakia. I have come to the conclusion that budiling savings in the CR are still a convenient saving product. Even after the implementation of reforms, in comparison to other saving products, it brings to clients willing to save for a longer period of time, profitable appreciation of financial means.
Analysis of the collective investment in the Czech republic

The thesis deals with the collective investing. The aim is to assess the current state of collective investment in the Czech Republic. The are selected characteristics of the reference sector which are closely analyzed. The main aspects discussed in this work will be liquidity, cost, and in particular the profitability of selected products. On the basis of available information is created a portfolio of collective investment products selected for age and social groups to ensure income for retirement or accumulation of funds for future investments. Attention is paid to selected financial products company on the Czech market. These products include pension funds, investment life insurance and unit trust.
